Our beginning is from 1958, when our guidliner Late Sh. J.K Sharma ji start business in textile mills like Birla Textile, DCM, SBM Modi Mills, Bombay Dyeing etc. Mr. Sharma after taken diploma of DCT(Diploma in Chemicals & Textile) and start serving textile mills as a technical head and adviser to national and international companies.

In 1962 Mr. Sharma start his own business of textile and chemicals, In 1991 Mr. Vivek Sharma s/o Mr J.K Sharma join the company with new thoughts and modernization and upgrade the plant with latest machinery, technology and best faculty available in world.
